Lucas holds an undergraduate B.S. Business degree from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University – Bloomington with a major in Business Law.

He also holds a Fellowship Certificate in Data Science from General Assembly (Boston), the internationally recognized coding school.

Lucas most recently worked in marketing and sales for LoginID, an early stage tech company which provides biometrics security software to corporations.

He worked in Product Development for 5 years at State Street Bank in Boston, MA where he helped develop and launched software modules related to Compliance, KYC (“Know Your Customer”) and other financial services applications.

Lucas started his career with a sell-side emerging markets Wall Street research firm (Decker & Co., Menlo Park, CA) where he held the FINRA Series 7 license.

Paul Marcus has over 20 years of experience in the Background Screening Industry as President of Marcus Investigations.

Linda spent more than 30 years working on Wall Street Institutional International Equity investment desks in Boston, New York, and Chicago, for Morgan Stanley, UBS, and HSBC. She is a founding member of the Private Directors Association (PDA) of New England, an organization focused on enhancing private company value through use of boards of directors and advisory boards.

She is a member of the PDA New England Executive Committee, co- chair of the PDA New England Sponsorship Committee and co-chair of the PDA National Sponsorship Committee. She also completed the Aspiring Public Company Director Daylong Program through the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) New England Chapter and has a Certificate in Private Company Governance from PDA.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and has held Series 7 and Series 63 licenses through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Eugene L. Podsiadlo is the Chair of the Advisory Board of 5 Star Background Checks, Inc.

He has 38 years Financial Services and Venture Capital experience, having been Managing Director and partner of Warburg Pincus & Co. (New York) from 1991-2001, where he was also president and regulatory officer of Warburg Pincus Funds, a $10 Billion series of 1940 Act Mutual Funds and Chairman of Warburg Pincus Asset Management, Dublin and Tokyo.

He was also a partner and member of the Board of Directors of Wasatch Global Advisors, an SEC-registered investment advisor in Salt Lake City from 2001-2016. Gene is currently an Industry Advisor to Cross Creek Ventures in Salt Lake City. He also serves and has served on several Advisory, Non-Profit and Corporate Boards of Directors.

Eugene has a B.S. Economics from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from University of Maryland.
